Master Plan...Kind of

I first started working out 5 weeks after having my daughter and from then until now I have lost about 24 pounds. I bought an elliptical and worked out 3 days a weeks for 30 minutes, I also altered my eating, I read books, blogs, and basically anything that I could find that would give me information on healthy eating. It was going great, with the exception of a couple bumps in the road until about  3 weeks ago. I stopped losing weight!!!! I so bummed for about a week, but I started looking at gyms in my area and found one that's 24 hours and allows me to bring my daughter. They gave me a free month and then a free session with a trainer. The trainer that they assigned for me didn't show but another trainer was there at the time, and she helped me out. I know it was meant for her to be there and for the guy not to show. She is the BEST!!!! I have been working out with her twice a week for an hour, its pricey but oh so worth it. My first weigh in is tomorrow and I will update then, I'm scared and excited all at the same time. She told me that .5 pounds is alot and that losing alot of weight at one time isn't good. I want to lose more than half a pound but I know it will be better than nothing.

MY(exercise) PLAN:
1. Workout Everyday
2. Meet with Trainer twice a week
3.Walk at mall twice a week (Early Morning)
4.Don't Give Up

MY (eating) PLAN:
1. Stay within my calories/carbs/fat intake
2.Write down EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth(even water)
3.No emotional eating
4.No Cheating(because I will only cheat myself)
5.Only allowed to eat out once a month (and it still has to be a healthy choice)
6.Can have sweets but eat the CORRECT serving, and it still has to be a healthy choice
7. Don't give up

I almost forgot that my gym has a website that gives me my own page and I can track what I eat and my exercise. I only use it for what I eat, and not so much my workouts.

Introduction

Well I'm a 20 year old woman, I have a fiance and daughter (6 months old) and I weigh 296. Before I was pregnant  my weight was 318 and that was the heaviest I had been, when I was pregnant I didn't gain much weight. At the end of my pregnancy I was  320. I have been on every diet that you can think of all my life and nothing seemed to work, and I would just give up. What I failed to realize was that I have to be dedicated to turning my life around and switching EVERYTHING up. Now at the the age of 20 I am ready to make this change. I have never been more committed in my life, and I can chalk that up to being a mother. I want to set the BEST possible examples for my daughter, and future children. I also want to have a HEALTHY family, not eat a MC Donald's 24/7, I want us to all know what eating healthy is all about.

After having my daughter via Emergency C-Section I vowed to become healthy and learn how to eat properly. YES I have stumbbled along the way and I know I will until I get there, but I havent let anything stop me, because I AM DETERMINED, to reach my goal and live a healthier life.

My GOALS:

1. Learn how to eat properly
2.Maintain a healthy weight
3.Have a Healthy Family
4.Make Workingout a part of my everyday routine

I don't have a goal weight as of now, I just know that I want to be healthy. I dont have any health issues, and I dont want any to sneek up on me at the weight that I am.
